What services do you offer?
We provide real estate photography, video walkthroughs, drone photo and video, 3D tours, floor plans, virtual twilight edits,  short-form social media content for property marketing, and Zillow Showcase.

How quickly will I get the media?
All media is delivered next day. We can do same day delivery for photos an additional $20.

Is there a travel fee? 

1 hour round trip is no charge. After an hour it is 50 cents/minute of drive time. Our location is in Worthington.

How do I book a shoot?
You can book by phone. Call or text 614-634-0450.

Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
No. As long as the property is ready and access is arranged, we can complete the shoot without anyone on-site.

Do you have access to Supra?

Yes.

How should the home be prepared?
The property should be clean, decluttered, well-lit, and photo-ready before we arrive. We recommend putting away personal items, opening blinds, replacing burnt-out bulbs, hiding pet items, turning on all lights, and tidying all rooms and outdoor spaces.

What happens if the weather is bad?
Light cloud cover is often fine for photos, but heavy rain, strong wind, or poor lighting may affect exterior and drone shots. If needed, we can reschedule when conditions improve.

Can you add blue skies or twilight effects?
Yes. We offer editing add-ons such as blue sky replacement, virtual twilight, TV screen replacement, and otherenhancements to help listings stand out.

How long does a shoot take?
Most standard residential shoots take 30–90 minutes depending on the size of the property and the services booked.

Will the photos be edited?
Yes. Every final image is professionally edited for color, brightness, contrast, and overall presentation beforedelivery.

How will I receive the final files?
You’ll receive a downloadable online gallery through Google Drive with high-resolution images and easy-to-share files for MLS, websites, and social media.

Can I use the media on social media and marketing materials?
Yes. Agents and property marketers can use the delivered media to promote the listing across standard marketingchannels. Commercial or third-party usage may require additional licensing.

Do you offer recurring services for agents or brokerages?
Yes. We work with individual agents, teams, property managers, builders, and brokerages, and we can set upongoing service arrangements.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand schedules change. Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or reschedules.Same-day changes may be subject to a fee.

How do I pay?

We will send a Paypal invoice. You can use  debit card, credit card, Paypal, or Venmo. We do not accept Zelle. We do not accept pay at close. We bill after media is delivered.
